Caroline Springs Square Set To Triple In Size
Residents will soon have an even wider choice of shopping and dining with the expansion of Caroline Springs Square now underway.
The existing 6,000m2 centre is set to triple in size, reaching approximately 65 stores and 19,000m2.
The expansion of this already vibrant hub will include the introduction of ALDI, Target, 1st Choice Liquor Superstore and over 40 speciality stores.
This is significant milestone for the Caroline Springs community and is the culmination of three years of intensive research and planning.
The expansion has been planned in response to community demand for greater choice of retail and convenience.
The addition of the new stores will make Caroline Springs Square a leading shopping destination in the west.
Construction is underway with completion of the development expected in Spring 2009
