It is an offence to possess, to sell and light fireworks and the consequences are serious.
If found with fireworks and you are not Licensed, you will be charged
1. with possessing explosives
2. with handling and storage of fireworks
3. Unlicensed storage of fireworks
4. Unauthorised possession of fireworks.
Only Licensed professionals are required to obtain fireworks and use them.
