Bike and City

There are a wide variety of activities that occur each week in Caroline Springs.  Why not try some new activities and meet some new people in your neighbourhood?

Mondays

FREE Social Walking Group - These classes are suitable for people who are in wheelchairs or need the stability of a chair while exercising. All participants are encouraged to work within their own fitness level. Bookings are essential.

Walking is an easy way to keep active, but walking in a group has extra benefits. It's a great way to meet new friends and keep motivated. Knowing there are people waiting for you can provide the extra motivation to get out the door.

Come and join our FREE 45-minute walking groups leaving from the Caroline Springs Leisure Centre, 16 The Parade.  Walks will be on easy, flat footpaths in the Caroline Springs area followed by a coffee and a chat at Pipes café. Prams and Wheelchairs welcome.  Occurs every Monday at 9.30am
