Whilst every effort will be made to acknowledge donations, no guarantee is offered. The Community Support Scheme (Scheme) commences at 9am 6 September 2010 and ends at 5pm on 2 July 2011 (Scheme Period).
The Scheme is open only to businesses in the Caroline Springs Online Business Directory and that have a digital logo that can be displayed.
There are limited acknowledgment opportunities due to the number of businesses who may wish to donate to:

Lions Club of Caroline Springs & District
Mothers Network of Caroline Springs & Burnside Inc
The Reach Foundation
(Recipient Groups).
Subject to these Terms and Conditions Caroline Springs Online (Promoter) offers to acknowledge donations to the Recipient Groups in accordance with Step 3 set out below.
· Acknowledgments are limited to one week per donation once every 3 months.
· If space is available additional opportunities will be offered with a preference to repeat donor businesses with a special Member offer.
· Call to action or special offers are encouraged during acknowledgment periods.
There will be 12 "Business of the Month" opportunities per annum which will include sponsorship of the e-newsletter.
There will be 40 "Business of the Week" opportunities per annum.
There will be 52 "Business Spotlight" opportunities per annum.
Help your local community groups in just 3 easy steps.
1. Call Linda Bulner on 9361 6215 to make a time for an appointment to book in your acknowledgement. Complete your Expression of Interest. We will acknowledge your donation in a first come first served basis.
2. Make a General Donation to your choice of any one of the Recipient Groups. These groups have been selected on their service to our community. Copies of receipts will need to be produced to the Lend Lease Sales and Information Centre, 2 – 8 Lake Street, Caroline Springs at least 7 days prior to the booking commencement.
3. Donations will be acknowledged in the following manner:
Donations of $50 will be acknowledged by a logo and business listing displayed on the Business Spotlight on the Home Page. This acknowledgement would be displayed for one week linked to your business listing.
Donations of $100 will be acknowledged as the ‘Business of the Week’. The business logo will appear on the banner and businesses will be invited to submit a 250 word newsworthy article about your business.
Donations of $200 will be acknowledged as the ‘Business of the Month’. The business logo will appear on the banner and businesses will be invited to submit a 250 word newsworthy article about your business. Businesses that offer a Members offers or call to action will be given priority. The news article will form part of the news on the home page and will be a priority article on the monthly e-newsletter for that month.
The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Scheme at any time, without further notice.
